Animated Short Film
When an isolated celestial being meets a shooting star in the vast emptiness of space, they must choose whether to put their faith in the friendly stranger or continue to rely on the loneliness that haunts them.
I contributed to the visual development of the film through background design, star design and VFX animation.

My Contribution
Expressive | Celestial | Intimate
Working within the film's concept of celestial beings, I had a lot of freedom to develop the visual world.
I created expansive, panoramic backgrounds to support the scale of the scenes, while developing several iterations of the star before settling on the final design. For the VFX, I focused on translating the emotions of each moment into movement and light, while keeping the effects otherworldly and magical.
